Zero tolerance for objectionable content
Prayer Circle has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Posts, prayers, comments, messages, images and profiles that break the rules below are removed, and the accounts behind them are suspended or permanently terminated.
Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or signing in to Prayer Circle you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not sign in or register. You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account, and you are responsible for everything posted from it.
Content and behaviour that are not allowed
You agree not to post, share or send any of the following, and not to encourage anyone else to:
- Content that sexualises, exploits or endangers a child, in any form.
- Harassment, bullying, stalking, threats or intimidation of any person.
- Hate speech or attacks on people because of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender, age or sexual orientation.
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, violent or gratuitously graphic material.
- Someone else’s private information, intimate images or personal details shared without their consent.
- Content that encourages self-harm, suicide, or illegal or dangerous acts.
- Spam, scams, fraud, impersonation of another person or organisation, or the sale of illegal goods.
- Anything unlawful, or anything that infringes someone else’s copyright or other rights.
Reporting objectionable content
Every prayer, post, reel, sermon, comment, chat message and profile in Prayer Circle carries a Report option in its menu. Choose a reason, add any detail, and the report reaches our moderation team straight away. Reports are anonymous to the person being reported. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
Blocking abusive users
You can block any user from their profile or from the menu on their content. A blocked user can no longer message you, comment on your prayers, or see your content, and their content disappears from your feeds. You can review and undo your blocks at any time in Settings.
How we act on reports
We review every report and act within 24 hours: objectionable content is removed and the user who posted it is suspended or permanently removed from Prayer Circle. Child safety reports are reviewed first and referred to the appropriate authorities. Repeat or severe violations end an account permanently, and we may block the person from creating a new one.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think your account has been used by someone else. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, without notice where the breach is serious.
Privacy
We collect only what the app needs to work: your account details, the content you choose to post, and basic device information. We do not sell your personal data. Reports you submit are retained so we can act on repeat behaviour. The full Privacy Policy is available under Settings › Info › Privacy.
